An urgent fixing project for my client who have friends visiting on Christmas Eve.

Apparently it has been sitting in the living room, broken, for like 6 months already? Hanging there like a modern art piece.

Happily took the challenge with the short time frame. Did not hesitate at all to adopt mortise and tenon for the under-frame cause I truly believe with this fix, its not going to break unless you throw it out of your window two-storey high.

一個非常趕急的維修項目，總算在限期前完成。

客人說在24號晚會有朋友到訪，爛掉的椅子一直像件藝術品一樣擱在一角，看看我能否及時修好，好讓家中有多一張椅子坐。

這樣的破損很常見，是因搬動時將椅子的重量放在當中的一兩隻腳，在不正確的方位施加壓力，通常便會爛。客人其實經已找人修理過一次，它還是再爛，連灣仔的銷售部也問過可否有底坐可換，但都無功而還。

滿心歡喜，結構問題當然用榫接解決。松木的柔軟及彈性令到榫接的難度大減，顏色亦能配上，不錯不錯。

客人家中的小孩一見到新椅回來，立馬跳上去，說了一句"Comfy"

好玩，但好難的項目。
